What happens when you feel like your battery is dead and you just can’t go on? Do you give up and say, “Oh well, I didn’t want to go to that destination anyway?” or, “That’s just my luck. I’ve never been able to reach my goals?”
At one time or another, most of us seem to run low on energy. This happens when things aren’t going the way we expected or we have worked too long and too hard without achieving our desired results. This is a critical time. This is not the time to give up. It is the time to take a break, go to the spa, go home and not answer the telephone or the door, go on a drive in the country, walk in the grass barefooted, have a picnic with someone really special, or go on vacation. Whatever you do, make sure it is something you enjoy. Your brain needs time to process everything that is currently going on without any additional input.
You Are More Than Enough
Chime in and let us know what helps you recharge your battery?
This is all so true, particularly in these crazy times where outside stimulation is almost non existent. When I start to feel like that, which unfortunately during these last couple of years has been much more often than usual, I make myself do something productive something creative and get those juices going again.
