TeamChange implementation requires involvement from all members of the team. Involve everyone in one way or another. When you just give orders without asking for employee input, team members don’t feel as though they are a part of the program and will likely resist. Input and involvement create ownership. Ownership will motivate them to work harder to make the change work. Where possible, make sure that you involve your employees in the planning stages of the change. This will minimize the chance of problems surfacing later. Set up small task teams to deal with certain areas of the plan or handle issues that may arise.
